Title : Good workers but bad management

I have dealt with Sourceedge for about 3 months. At first I was pleased at how they had gotten their work done. However, they were not able to handle a larger job. The reason is not because of the programmers or any of the staff. It is because management has no clue how to manage their projects and people. They will always give excuses like "it is complicated work" or "these things take alot of time." I frankly have gotten fed up and am moving on. Warning horrible company. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
